Our professional engagements follow a structured six-stage delivery model: Discovery & Planning, Design & Architecture, Agile Development, Quality Assurance, Launch & Deployment, and Support & Evolution. The specific scope, deliverables, schedules, fees, and operational terms of any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or master services agreement executed between TextRemit and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, design systems, illustrations, brand names, scripts, logos, and pre-existing code displayed on this website are the property of TextRemit or its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

For custom client development projects, intellectual property ownership is defined within the relevant project agreement or SOW. Generally, upon full payment of all undisputed fees, intellectual property rights for the custom software deliverables are transferred to the client, while TextRemit retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, and baseline architectures.
